If, unfortunately, you have lost your phone or it is stolen, go through our website, read the information and think what is best for you.

Post information on this website for others to know. Enter its  IMEI number in the post so the buyers know that they are buying a lost or stolen number.

If you have a T-Mobile phone, then:

call them immediately on 0845 412 5000 (charged at local toll rates) or, if calling from abroad, +44 7953 966150 (international call rates apply), and they will do to minimise your stress.

  • If you’re calling from a pay phone, they can call you back.
  • They can also call a partner/parent on your behalf to explain the situation.
  • They can blacklist your phone so it will be unusable – our network can recognise if a phone has been reported lost or stolen. You can add a password in case you find your phone at a later date.
  • They will send you a replacement SIM card – a £10.21 charge applies to cover administration costs which will be debited from your balance or added to your next bill.
  • They will give you your phone’s identification number (IMEI), which you should pass on to the police.
  • Report your lost or stolen phone right away. Until you notify T-Mobile you’re liable for the cost of any services used on your missing handset.

If You ara a voda phone customer then:
contact them so they can bar your SIM to stop calls being made on your account.Pay monthly and business customers
Call on 191 from another Vodafone mobile phone or 08700 700191 from a landline or +44 7836 191 191 if you are abroad.Pay as you go customers
Call  on 191 from another Vodafone mobile phone or 08700 776655 from a landline or +44 7836 191 919 if you are abroad.

They can also stop anyone else from using your phone by blocking its IMEI (serial number).
If you find your phone, you’ll need to contact us to unbar your SIM. If you have asked for an IMEI block on the phone as well, this may take up to an hour to clear.
